Vegetables and Fruits

When we decided to expand our business to include vegetables, we looked for varieties that no one else was offering at our market.  We are proud to have introduced our customers to Haricots Verts, Cippolini's (Italian onions), Fingerling potatoes, Peanuts, French melons and Pumpkins, but most especially for the four varieties of Baby Pink Ginger we introduced in 2012 and two varieties of Turmeric in 2016.  Of course we still grow the old stand-bys like corn, cucumbers, beets, peppers, peas, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc., but we're always looking for the best varieties of those to offer both our chefs and our market customers.  Strawberries as early as April (because they're grown in our high tunnels) and Blueberries from June to August are the fruits our customers appreciate most.
